Just a reminder about the free sports physicals being offered from 9 o’clock to 12 o’clock today at the school.

As we prepare to kick off the school year, this is a reminder to make sure your student(s) is up to date on the required immunizations for Missouri. Please see the attached schedule for those requirements. Contact the Barton County Health Department with any questions you may have.

Please see the below information about youth VB (this is not associated with the school) If you are interested in Elementary Volleyball this year, it is for girls Grades 3-6. Please keep in mind that Jr High Basketball will run at the same time. While you can play both, if we have a Basketball team it will come first as far as practices and games. Medical One Clinic in Lamar will be at the school on Thursday, August 4th from 9:00-12:00 to offer free sports physicals. As a reminder, your student athlete must have a physical before they can participate in any athletic activity. This will be the only free opportunity at the school to get physicals before the school year and athletic seasons start. Practice will start for fall sports on August 8th.

FFA members, there will be a meet and greet 7:30pm Tuesday night6/28 in the ag room. To meet the new ag teacher Mr. Lee! Ice cream will be provided! Spread the word hope to see you all there!

Here is the schedule for tomorrow’s field trip. Remember, it’s the last day of school. If you have an elementary student, you will need to pick up your student tomorrow as previously posted. Amanda will still run a route for the HS students. This coming week will be the last week of summer school! The students have shown a lot of growth and have had a lot of fun over the past few weeks. Thank you to the school board for approving this plan and thank you teachers for dedicating your extra time to our students. They are so worth it!
