Due to the current path or a tornado warning in Jasper County and the proximity to Golden City, we are moving students to shelter in the basement. We will update you after the all clear.

The Golden City R-III School District is looking for a bus driver who can drive a daily morning and afternoon route and activity trips beginning January 2026. The applicant should have a CDL with the proper passenger endorsement necessary to operate a school bus. Route Driver-Pay is $24 an hour plus benefits. It's the season of giving! GIVE this Friday, December 12th, at the HS Boys Basketball home game vs. Fair Play! Bring in a toy, and get free admission into the game. Toys will be split between both communities!
