Golden City FFA has been very busy the last couple weeks!
The chapter had the honor of hosting Missouri State FFA Officer, Noah Groose, to lead workshops with our members last Thursday,
On Friday, Freshmen & Sophomore members were able to attend the Ozarks Fall FarmFest and meet industry professionals and see some of the latest agricultural technology!
Their week wasn't over, though! Members then went and worked Party in the Pasture, a way our FFA Chapter works to pay for our various events! Students were able to partake in their first ever Calf-Fry and try Rocky Mountain Oysters! (Most of the kids actually liked them) We then set-up concert stages and parked cars for the weekend!
Throughout all of the chaos these Golden City FFA members worked hard to take ownership in the chapter to be able to have all of the great opportunities Golden City has to offer!
Here are a few snapshots!

🏛️ Educational Visit to the Missouri State Capitol 🏛️
Our 9th–11th grade students participated in an educational field trip to the Missouri State Capitol in Jefferson City yesterday! During their visit, students had the opportunity to tour the Capitol building, learn about Missouri’s government and legislative process, and gain a deeper appreciation for our state’s history and civic institutions.
The trip provided an engaging and informative experience that connected classroom learning to real world understanding. We are grateful to everyone who made this valuable experience possible.
Thank you to @MoStateParks for the grant that allowed us to go on this amazing field trip!
