Congratulations to the 6-12 Honor Roll recipients for Q1! We will recognize each of these students and present them with a certificate at the Student of the Month assembly on Wednesday, November 8th at 2:30. Come and join us in celebrating them!
Middle School Boys basketball practice will start Wednesday November 1st at 6:30am. Anyone participating will need to have a sports physical turned into Coach Graves before they can practice.
This date has been moved up from the original November 6th date. This was done to ensure enough practices with Thanksgiving break being the week before our first game.

Halloween is tomorrow! Here are a few notes about Tuesday:
- Elementary parties will begin at approximately 2:00 following the parade
- Anyone can participate as long as it meets dress code and is not a major distraction to the day

There will be no school for students on Monday, November 6th. This will be a staff PD Day.
There will be no after school on Thursday, October 26th (Parent/teacher Conferences) or Tuesday, October 31st (Halloween).

The Golden City FBLA chapter is having a raffle for a $100 Amazon gift card. We will have FBLA members selling raffle tickets at middle school basketball games now thru November 20th. If you can not attend a game and still wish to support our FBLA chapter please contact Cathy in the high school office at 537-8311
The 2023 Golden City Hall of Fame induction is rapidly approaching. This is a great opportunity to catch up with old friends and classmates as well as honor those being inducted. If you haven't already purchased your tickets do so today!
Hello Eagle Families!
Friendly reminder about bus safety. The information on this flyer also applies to our parking lot. As a reminder - please do not drop off your students in the circle drive in the morning. This is for the safety of our students and bus drivers.
Also attached is a map of the drop off points. Drop off for elementary students is the west elementary door (closest to the playground) and high school is the sidewalk by the superintendents office on your way out. Please contact the school with any questions about bus safety or drop off procedures.
