After a conversation with the National Weather Service, Golden City Schools will not send buses home until the main line of storms pass around 4:15pm and it's deemed safe. The National Weather Service expressed concerns of pop up storms out ahead of the storm. If you would like to pick your child up early from school today you may do so by checking in at the elementary or high school offices. The safety of our students is our highest priority.
