Congratulations to the Eagles on their semifinal district victory over McAuley. They will play for the championship tomorrow night! It will be a double Eagle night - the Lady Eagles play at 6:00. Go Eagles!

The Boys district basketball semifinal game is still on for 6:00 tonight at Thomas Jefferson. The championship games are tomorrow night - the Lady Eagles play at 6:00 and the Boys would play at 7:30 with a victory tonight. Go Eagles!

Due to continued hazardous road conditions, Golden City will be out of school on Friday, February 25. This will be a snow day and will not need to be made up. Stay safe, Go Eagles!

District basketball game for tonight has been postponed. The Boys will play tomorrow at 6:00 at Thomas Jefferson in Joplin and the championship games will be at 6:00 and 7:30 on Saturday. Stay safe, go Eagles!

Due to continued hazardous road conditions, Golden City will be out of school on Thursday, February 24 for a snow day that will not need to be made up. Stay Safe, Go Eagles!

The district basketball games scheduled for tonight have been postponed. They will attempt to play them tomorrow, weather permitting. If the semifinal games are played tomorrow, the current plan is to still play the championships on Friday night. We will send out that information when we receive it. Stay safe, go Eagles!

Tomorrow's trip to the circus for the 3rd and 4th grade is canceled due to the impending weather for Springfield. Teachers will also send a message to parents on Dojo. Email Mr. Long with any questions you may have.

Senior Night 2022 It was not like normal. It was 4 days late. It was spontaneous. But, tonight perfectly captured the spirit of these EXTRAORDINARY Senior Athletes. Congratulations! Thank you to the Students, Parents, and Community for your support!

Senior Night will be on Monday at 6 pm. We will do a welcome, introduce players and cheerleaders, play a few games, and wrap up with Senior Recognition. Booster Club is providing hotdogs.
